Your Health & Wellness

We believe healthy women are strong women. That’s why we offer a range of health and wellness services as you need them.

Get nutrition advice for a healthy pregnancy or weight loss. Explore exercise and strengthening programs. Sample acupuncture or dry needling. Attend one of our annual education events. As our patient, take advantage of a range of services not available at other OBGYN clinics:

• Acupuncture and Dry Needling: our team includes an acupuncturist and a physical therapist who performs dry needling. They see people for concerns that range from infertility and menopause to anxiety and pregnancy-related aches and pains.
• Nutrition & Physical Therapy Programs: work with a registered dietitian and a physical therapist to meet your health and wellness goals.
  • How does it work? Simply make an appointment to see our dietitian or physical therapists. Together with you, they will create a personalized exercise or nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and budget.
• Education Workshops: We offer -in-person and virtual educational workshops every year. The topics vary event to event, but you’re sure to find something that will interest you.

Telemedicine Option

We are offering telemedicine appointments for dietary and nutrition and physical therapy consults. This audio-visual appointment takes place via computer, tablet or smartphone in the privacy of your home or office. Community Outreach & Classes

Our long-standing commitment to the communities we serve is well-established. Women’s health education programs, and support for various community initiatives are among the many ways we advocate for the health of women and their families. Over the years we’ve held period product drives, participated in the Maple Grove Days Parade, and more. Here’s a snapshot of some of the programs we support today.

Maple Grove Farmers Market Power of Produce (PoP)

We’re a long-term supporter of the Maple Grove Farmers Marketing Power of Produce program. This program helps kids ages 4-12 learn more about fruits and veggies. This free program develops the next generation of healthy eaters by inspiring kids to experiment with fruits and veggies and giving them ideas about how they can help in the kitchen. Learn more.

Maple Grove Hospital’s Topgolf Gobbler Event

We’re a proud sponsor of North Memorial Health Topgolf Gobbler event. This special event helps raise money to support the Family Birth Center located at Maple Grove Hospital.

Maple Grove Dance Team

The Maple Grove Crimson Dance Team is made up of talented young women who perform with energy, fierce footwork, and spirit! We’re pleased to sponsor the group.

MN Endo Warriors

A nonprofit group founded in 2018, MN Endo Warriors is a grassroots organization that promotes advocacy, education, and awareness in the endometriosis (endo) community. We have supported their important work with program sponsorships, and our endometriosis experts have served as speakers for special events.

We hold women’s health education in-person and virtual workshops throughout the year. From planning your healthy pregnancy to menopause management, wide-ranging topics appeal to young and old and feature our providers and content experts from the community.
