About Annette N. Mies, MD
Dr. Mies earned her medical degree at the University of Minnesota after attending St. Cloud State University for her undergraduate education. She completed her residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota and St. Paul Ramsey Hospital (Regions) in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is board certified as a Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). She has earned the “Top Doctor” recognition in Mpls./St. Paul Magazine.
Dr. Mies has extensive experience in high-risk obstetrics, perimenopause and menopause issues, and laparoscopic surgery.
She and her husband Tom, who is also a physician, have two daughters. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading, tennis, skiing and spending time with her family.
