About Nancy Waldbillig, RDN, LD, CDCES
Care philosophy: One of my favorite parts of my job is meeting women where they are, learning about their individual health goals, and becoming their teammate in achieving them. I believe the best outcomes happen through collaboration, encouragement, and practical plans that truly fit real life.
For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping women manage gestational diabetes. I understand that this diagnosis can feel overwhelming and even frightening. My goal is to be both a steady, empathetic listener and a knowledgeable guide—helping each client create a care plan that feels individualized, realistic, and empowering.
I was born and raised in central Minnesota and graduated from the College of St. Benedict. I initially planned to become a nurse, but one nutrition class completely changed my path. Since then, I haven’t stopped being fascinated by the science of nutrition. Because the field is always evolving, I stay current with research to ensure the guidance I provide is both accurate and evidence-based.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me tending to my vegetable and flower gardens, exploring parks and trails around Minnesota, working on a puzzle, volunteering at church, or—best of all—spending time with my family.
