About Megan Uter, DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC
My goal is to create a safe space for patients where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns and asking questions. I enjoy providing education and partnering with patients so they are able to make the best decisions regarding their health.
I have always enjoyed caring for others, and I decided to work in healthcare because of my desire to provide support to people during difficult times. As a nurse, I worked in both OB and sexual and reproductive healthcare settings, and I really developed a passion for women’s health. I wanted to be able to provide a higher level of care to women throughout their lives, which led me to become a nurse practitioner.
My husband and I have a young daughter and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time and taking walks with all of them. I also enjoy reading, exercise, camping, and any activity that enables me to get outside.
