About Bridgett Bonte-Chun, DPT, COMPT

Care Philosophy: My goal is to help each patient build functional strength, reduce discomfort, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them.

Bridgett Bonte-Chun is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with over 14 years of experience, including nine years specializing in pelvic health. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound in WA state and has dedicated much of her career to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, and other pelvic floor concerns.

In her previous role, Bridgett helped build and grow a pelvic health physical therapy program, expanding access to specialized care and strengthening collaboration with medical providers. She brings that same passion for program development and integrated care to her current work.

Bridgett is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She understands that pelvic health can feel vulnerable or overwhelming, and she takes pride in making care approachable, individualized, and grounded in education. Working closely alongside OBGYN providers, she values a collaborative, team-based approach to ensure patients receive comprehensive and seamless care.

Outside of work, Bridgett enjoys traveling and staying active with her two kids, her husband, and their lovable golden retriever. She loves being part of the Minneapolis community and takes advantage of everything the area offers—from parks and trails to local events and time outdoors with her family.
