Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Do you have at least one year of Physical Therapy experience and a desire to contribute to our successful and growing Physical Therapy program? MetroPartners Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.A. is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist with clinical expertise, pelvic floor/women’s health experience, excellent communication skills, a positive and caring personality, and a passion for women’s health. This person will currently see patients at our Maplewood location. 

Our Physical Therapy program works collaboratively with and complements an array of services offered by our talented team of physicians. As a member of our team, you would:

  • Manage your caseload of clients. 
  • Perform client admissions, evaluations and treatments. 
  • Create and update a client’s plan of care based on desired goals and outcomes. 
  • Educate clients on their specific needs to reach desired goals and outcomes. 
  • Coordinate client care with interdisciplinary teams. 
  • Communicate with physicians as needed. 
  • Perform daily documentation of client visits using electronic health records system on a company-issued mobile device. 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy School
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of MN
  • 1+ years experience in pelvic health required (would consider a new grad with completion of Level 1 Pelvic Floor course from Herman & Wallace, APRTA Pelvic Health Therapy (or comparable courses)
  • Strong Interpersonal and clinical skills
  • Good time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Dependent on qualifications/experience ($43.15-$49.00 currently)

Setting: Clinic

Schedule: Day or day/evening

Work Location: In person

Expected hours: Preferred 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), no less than 27 scheduled hours per week/clinic hours usually 7:30 – 5:00
